We believe that every person with Down syndrome has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life, and with your contributions, we can help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This campaign initiative is part of a large network of support, resources, and education to help individuals with Down syndrome live their best lives and be valued, included, and empowered in their communities. Our mission is to create a world where people with Down syndrome are fully supported and able to thrive.Your generous contributions help us to provide a range of services and programs, including educational resources, support groups, and advocacy efforts.
Your support also allows us to continue to raise awareness and educate the public about Down syndrome, helping to create a more inclusive and understanding society. Thank you for your generosity and for helping us to make a difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
In supporting the health, development, and well-being of people with Down syndrome and families across the province, Bottles for Buddies and the Beer Store have partnered to make a difference through this campaign.
Beginning the week of Monday Oct 9th until Sunday Oct 15th, customers who are able to, can donate their empties or alongside their purchase support with $2, $5, or $10 at all Beer Store locations across Ontario. These generous funds will support Down Syndrome Ontario in providing critical resources and invaluable services.
By donating to the Down syndrome communities, customers will help children and families receive life-changing treatment and provide much needed support across the province. Customer donations will also fund vital hospital programs, help lines, jobs, programs, and support a range of specialized treatments and ground-breaking research.
Donations to Bottles for Buddies can also be made by clicking below. All donations of $21 and up will receive a tax donation receipt for your generosity. The dollars collected from this campaign will immediately drive initiatives of live support, relevant resources, and educational tools to individuals with Down syndrome and ease the daily challenges of their families.
